Addis Ababa is the capital of the federal government, the capital of the African Union, the seat of embassies of various countries, the location of international institutions, and the host of major meetings and conferences. As Addis Ababa is the third diplomatic center in the world, the capital has maintained its status and is clean, beautiful and safe from danger, providing efficient services to its residents and guests. The Addis Ababa City Manager's Office is effectively performing its duties of supervising, coordinating and controlling the executive bodies responsible for the office to enable it to provide smart, transparent and fair municipal services to the city's residents. Addis Ababa City Administration Rule Enforcement Authority, in addition to the 9 main tasks given by the city administration, we are participating widely in various security works and voluntary service development works from the authority's senior officers to field officers. In order to achieve the tasks given by the city administration decree, the authority carried out a comprehensive reform of the institution and carried out extensive research on the previously used regulation number 54/2005 and submitted draft regulations to the city administration council and approved regulation number 150/2015. Based on the special attention given to the institution by the city administration, a task force was organized and the city was freed from tent houses, and also the betting/gambling/casinos, which were corrupting the minds of the generation, were controlled together with the stakeholders, and it was possible to answer the parents' questions. By working day and night with various stakeholder institutions on the implementation of other general rules and regulations, we have achieved excellent results by reducing the number of illegal activities in the city through preventive measures and by controlling and taking action against those found to have violated the law.
